Software engineering special interest group SI-SE was founded in 1994 in order to support continuous education in the area of software engineering. In tight cooperation with ITG SE of Electrosuisse SI-SE organises every year a 2-day conference with invited speakers from academy and economy. 50-150 IT professionals attend that conference.

Goals

  • To offer education in the domain of software engineering both for practitioners and for researchers
  • To facilitate and initiate personal contacts
  • To encourage the creation of work groups dealing with current issues of software engineering.

ITG-SE Tagung  (1/2 day)
SI-SE organises also events on special topics including seminars and courses in collaboration with other SI special interest groups.
